Our Process

Step 1

PRS will handle every aspect of the job from the beginning draft to the completed product. We will work closely with you and design a vision that meets your family’s needs, goals and style preferences. PRS will bring that vision to life using high-quality materials and astute construction techniques.

Step 2

The initial project phase will include a scheduled complimentary in-home consultation (1-2 hours depending on magnitude). Once the scope of the project is defined, a rough estimate of the financial investment for your remodel will be given. In the initial project phase, we will schedule your complimentary in-home consultation (1-3 hours depending on scope). We will spend some time getting to know each other and discovering remodeling goals. Once we have defined the scope of your project, you will receive a rough estimate of the financial investment for your remodel.

Step 3

Starting with site demolition and commencing construction once we have received all necessary permits and materials. You will be kept in the loop throughout the construction phase and work.

Step 4

After inspections have been completed, we will do a final walk-through to ensure every last detail meets your standards. The warranty period begins upon project completion.

  • WHAT AREAS DO YOU SERVICE?

    We are based out of The Woodlands, TX and currently serve surrounding areas in Montgomery and Harris County, TX. We are quickly expanding and encourage you to reach out if you are unsure if your home falls within our service area. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions!

  • WHAT TO EXPECT DURING THE RENOVATION?

    During the Renovation period it is reasonable to expect the unexpected. However, PRS carefully plans and takes every precaution to ensure the desired scenario is achieved. To learn more about our process, click here.

  • HOW LONG WILL MY REMODEL TAKE TO COMPLETE?

    An average kitchen remodel takes roughly 6-8 weeks. The average master bath about 5-7 weeks. This time frame will largely depend on factors such as project type and scope. A project timeline will be drafted with each phase being given specific dates outlining the project from start to completion. Once all factors and specifics are accounted for including order times and availability, a start and completion date will be set.

  • DO YOU HAVE WARRANTY?

    PRS does offers warranty as unexpected issues could arise, information can be found in your contract.

  • CAN I STAY IN MY HOME DURING THE REMODEL?

    Clients may choose to remain in their homes during the contract work—we have the ability to isolate the work area using several containment walls. We can also reduce the amount of dust and debris that makes its way into your living spaces with use of HEPA filters and cleaning each day before leaving. Our recommendation is being absent on demolition day due to noise and safety concerns. Feel free to discuss this with your project developer.
